All personalized and custom-made items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for customer-related errors, including:

• Incorrect sizes, colors, or designs selected at checkout.
• Misspelled names or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
• Changes of mind after placing an order.

☆ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has entered production, cancellations, changes, and refunds are no longer accepted, as each item is created specifically for you.

☆ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will gladly review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

• Processing time begins once all required personalization details and design approvals have been received.

☆ DESIGN MOCKUPS & APPROVAL

• For orders requiring design approval, a digital mockup will typically be sent within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
• Please review your mockup carefully, including spelling, colors, placement, and personalization details.
• Production will begin once your design has been approved.
• Delays in approval may affect your estimated processing and shipping dates.

☆ DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

• Once production is complete, domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and seasonal demand.
• Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

☆ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may take approximately 20–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
